Located on an old, attractive farmyard is this completely detached, spacious nature house with lots of privacy and tranquility. The nature house is fully furnished and has a very good atmosphere. The surrounding private property with spacious terrace is equipped with garden chairs, table, et cetera. There is a comfortable living room with garden doors, kitchen, hall, separate shower-toilet room, separate bedroom (ground floor) and a spacious sleeping loft. Beautiful views over forest and meadow. Ideally located for long walks or bike rides and trips. The house has central heating. More than 4 pers or pets in consultation. The kitchen is fully equipped. You also have WiFi, TV, DVD player and radio CD player. There is one double bed in the bedroom and three single beds on the sleeping loft. There is a wide selection of books, DVDs, CDs, children's toys, games, nature guides and hiking/biking maps. The nature house is in the owner's yard.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located near Leuvenheim (gem Brummen) between forests, estates and the river IJssel. Surrounded by nature you walk from the house directly into wooded areas or walk through the fields to the floodplains of the IJssel where the river still meanders along natural banks. There is an endless network of bicycle paths here. By bike via ferry to Bronckhorst or along the dike to Zutphen and Doesburg, with the higher Veluwe in the background. This is an area of vast floodplains in the east and estates with beautiful forests, (sparse) grasslands, country houses, farms and castles in the west. Within 20 minutes cycling you are at the Veluwezoom followed by the Posbank with beautiful views and in the autumn the place to see and hear red deer. The area around the nature house is rich in flora and fauna: always a roe deer, owl or woodpecker to see. Within cycling distance of stores in Brummen or Dieren.
