There is a comfortable living room with garden doors, kitchen, hall, separate shower-toilet room, separate bedroom (ground floor) and a spacious sleeping loft. Beautiful views over forest and meadow. The nature house is located near Leuvenheim (gem Brummen) between forests, estates and the river IJssel. Surrounded by nature you walk from the house directly into wooded areas or walk through the fields to the floodplains of the IJssel where the river still meanders along natural banks. There is an endless network of bicycle paths here. By bike via ferry to Bronckhorst or along the dike to Zutphen and Doesburg, with the higher Veluwe in the background. This is an area of vast floodplains in the east and estates with beautiful forests, (sparse) grasslands, country houses, farms and castles in the west. Within 20 minutes cycling you are at the Veluwezoom followed by the Posbank with beautiful views and in the autumn the place to see and hear red deer. The area around the nature house is rich in flora and fauna: always a roe deer, owl or woodpecker to see. Within cycling distance of stores in Brummen or Dieren.
