Nature house in Batenburg

In our cozy wooden log cabin, you have your own private bathroom and kitchen.The log cabin is unique is located right on the dike slope of the Meuse in the ancient Land of Maas and Waal. The nature house is hidden behind green hedges, which have a beautiful pattern of herb garden. The log cabin is further equipped with its own kitchen (+ inventory), stove, refrigerator, two bedsteads ( each with an upper and lower bed) and a double sofa bed. There is wifi on the premises, however due to the remote location the connection is not always very strong. The log cabins can only be rented during the camping season from mid-April to about mid-October. In the winter months they are closed, because they are wooden - not insulated - log cabins.

Five minutes away is the beautifully landscaped nature reserve De Liendense Waard. It features struinroute'. The Liendense Waard is famous for the great diversity of birds that can be spotted here. In the ancient town of Batenburg (about 700 inhabitants) you imagine yourself in the Middle Ages with its many monumental buildings and cobbled narrow streets.
