This renovated Mas is nestled in the hills between the rivers Ardeche and Ceze. Canoeing in the Ardèche is beautiful. But walks and bike rides through the National Park of the Cevennes is a great experience too. There are beautiful towns and villages with every day a market with regional products. Afterwards is nice to relax on a terrace for lunch. From the hous have a magnificent view on the mountain chain of the Cevennes. Adjacent to the house is a sun terrace with swimming pool and a covered terrace. The swimming pool is reserved to the property's residents, as well as the 6000m2 garden. Inside you will be pleasantly surprised; a beautiful open space with a modern kitchen with bar where you can enjoy an espresso. A nice sitting area and entrance to the living room with beautiful wood stove. On the ground floor are two bedrooms each with a private bathroom and separate toilet.
