Nature house in Pergola

In the middle of Italy, in the beautiful hilly landscape of Le Marche, lies this idyllic nature house. The cottage is part of a restored farmhouse from 1670, which has been divided into five attractive cottages. The cottage, suitable for two people, is located on the east side of the old farmhouse and is accessed via an external staircase. Access is via a spacious private terrace. Here you can enjoy a good glass of local wine in the sun or shade. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a stove, oven, refrigerator and a separate freezer. A spiral staircase leads to the double bedroom. Next to the bedroom you will find the bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and a sink. Your pet can stay with us for free. The old farmhouse is surrounded by nature and is enclosed by rolling hills with arable land and forests. In the distance, the mountains of the Apennines can be seen. On the hills in front of the cottage, you can regularly see wild animals such as deer, boars, foxes, falcons and hares. In the immediate vicinity you can make beautiful walks or mountain bike tours. Along the way you will come across nice restaurants where local delicacies are often served.
