Nature house in Finsterwolde

The ruralhut is a national monument with many authentic details. The house is located on the edge of the village of Finsterwolde, in the province of Groningen. The house is fully equipped and furnished with care. You can use a six person sauna. There is a large living room of 50 m2 with large dining table and seating area. In the cozy kitchen you can sit by the wood stove. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The house has three bedrooms. The double bedroom has its own luxurious bathroom with shower. In addition, there is an additional bathroom adjacent to the living room and there is a large round bath with shower. In the green and spacious garden you can read a book or enjoy the beautiful starry sky. For the children there is a playground, a sandpit and a trampoline. A large collection of movies is available.

Behind the house, ''The Tjamme" nature reserve is located. It is an area which consists of 200 hectares of forest and wetlands. The area is the place to be to spot many bird species, roe deer, foxes and Scottish highlanders. Around the village of Finsterwolde are vast polders. It is a rare wide landscape, where wheat and rapeseed are grown in summer. By bike distance are the estate of Ennemaborg, the Oldambt lake, the Midwolder Forest and the Dollard Quailers. Many hiking trails are available.
