In the middle of Italy, in the beautiful hilly landscape of Le Marche, lies this idyllic nature house. The cottage is part of a restored farmhouse from 1670, which has been divided into five attractive cottages. The cottage, suitable for two people, is located on the first floor of the old farmhouse and can be accessed via an external staircase. Access is via a spacious private terrace. Here you can enjoy a good glass of local wine in the sun or shade. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a stove, oven, refrigerator and a separate freezer. The cottage has a double bedroom. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and a sink. Dogs are welcome to stay with us free of charge. We have specially made a dog pool, and 2 places where you can cool yourself. namely a Sitting bath and a bench where water flows over it.Cin IT041043B5I94XG2TN
Nature and surroundings
The old farmhouse is surrounded by nature and is enclosed by rolling hills with arable land and forests. In the distance, the mountains of the Apennines can be seen. On the hills in front of the cottage, you can regularly see wild animals such as deer, boars, foxes, falcons and hares. In the immediate vicinity you can make beautiful walks or mountain bike rides. Along the way you will come across nice restaurants where local delicacies are often served.

Walter August 7, 2016 General rating:Mooi huisje, alles in aangepaste kleuren, wij logeerden in "Fuoco" en alle kleuren va het vuur kwamen erin terug. Voor het overige , het was een goed uitgerust huisje, alles was aanwezig, top voor een echte "natuurvakantie" Zeer fijne eigenaars ook, altijd bereid om het leven daar zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken en het geven van tips. Ook zeer fijn was de picknickroute met de heerlijke picknickmand...zéér tevreden gasten
Nature, peace & environment:Prachtige omgeving met zeer mooi en weids uitzicht, als je hier niet tot rust kan komen zal je het waarschijnlijk nergens kunnen.

Sabine June 13, 2016 General rating:Natuurhuisje is in zeer goede staat. De appartementen zijn keurig onderhouden, schoon en beschikken over meubels en apparatuur welke een verblijf aangenaam maken.
Nature, peace & environment:In de directe omgeving van het natuurhuisje is mooie natuur te vinden. Direct vanuit het natuurhuisje kun je wandelingen maken die variëren in afstand en hoogtemeters. Ook op korte afstand rijden met de auto zijn leuke bezienswaardigheden en dorpjes te bezoeken.

Tessa May 4, 2016 General rating:Topappartement!Het appartement is op en top geriefelijk, mooi ingericht en echt alles voorhanden. Super proper en grote gerieflijke badkamer met heerlijke warme douche.Niets op aan te merken. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het grote terras, heel rustig, heel vriendelijke mensen en aan alle zijden van het huisje heb je zit en relaxmogelijkheden. Dus altijd wel ergens zon of schaduw.
Nature, peace & environment:Toplocatie!Heel rustig gelegen, 10 min rijden van het leuke middeleeuwse stadje Pergola, met een leuke markt op zaterdag en gezellig en lekker restaurantje Borgo. Vele mogelijkheden voor uitstappen: Assisi, San Marino, Rimini, Urbina, Umbrië,Monte Sibilini, veel wandelmogelijkheden, zee, tal van gezellige middeleeuwse dorpjes en kastelen en steeds de mooie heuvels en bergen...
Aan het huisje hoor je de vogels dag en nacht fluiten. Geen verkeer! Je hebt kans om herten en dassen te zien als je geluk hebt. De herten zal je sowieso wel eens horen... Prachtig uitzicht!!
