Nature house in Monflanquin

Near the medieval village of Monflanquin is this spacious nature house (120 m2), located on a small park (three acres of greenery) on top of a hill with four other vacation rentals and two swimming pools. The cottage can accommodate six people with three bedrooms, a bathroom, spacious living room and open kitchen. Everything is on one level. The landlords bought the run-down farmhouse in 2002 and converted the farmhouses into attractive, spacious vacation homes. All five vary in size and are equipped with modern comforts, beautiful furnishings and preservation of original details such as fireplaces and an old bread oven. Outside you will enjoy your own terrace (veranda) and garden with good and well-cared-for garden furniture. Everyone is welcome! Here everyone can just be themselves!For young and old it is wonderful here! In the grounds are two swimming pools surrounded by deck chairs, hammocks and beach chairs. There is a trampoline. An idyllic vacation village for lovers of 'joie de vivre'. For those who want to live like 'God in France' and are looking for a special vacation home in the heart of the bastides between Lot and Dordogne. This house is also wheelchair friendly: everything is on one level and the sanitary facilities are adapted. It is in possession of (and checked for) the quality label Tourisme & Handicap. Together with any other guests present, you will benefit from a well-maintained, green vacation domain. Although everyone has their own privacy, while walking in the park and while splashing in the two fine and large swimming pools you can also connect with other guests. From the park you walk directly into nature, where you can follow many hiking trails through the hilly surroundings. The landlords are happy to give you tips on the most beautiful routes. The baker stops here every day in the summer months with his 'voiture à pain' (bread car) including fresh baguettes and croissants. Children can take their orders from here. A feast every day! All seasons you can visit this or one of the other cottages, in summer enjoying the delicious local products produced here, for cycling and hiking enthusiasts, the spring in this Tuscany of France with its beautiful orchards full of fruit blossoms (March/April) and the colorful autumn are ideal seasons and in winter, after a brisk walk around the firepit you can enjoy a hot chocolate with whipped cream or a red wine by the fireplace.
