The perfect place to do simple and exciting things: walking, cycling, picking elderberries, buying vegetables from the farmer, encountering hares in the meadow. Our detached house stands on a spacious forest plot near the Gorsselse Heide. A sunny cottage with a spacious enclosed garden (not fenced). Located on a small, quiet, nature park. Direct connection to hiking trails and many cycling opportunities in a beautiful environment with little tourism. The private area of 1200 m2 is a beautiful woodland garden. There is central heating, a washing machine and fast internet. Bicycles can be rented through the manager. The living room has a sliding glass door facing south, dining table, generous sofa, TV (32 inches). There is a well-equipped (open) kitchen with refrigerator, stove, washing machine and microwave/oven. Kitchen, bathroom and furniture have kept look and feel of the 80s (see photos). Nature, peace & environment:It was a lovely house. Everything was there; a complete inventory. The garden was phenomenal. As if you were in the woods. The only point of attention is that the beds and the sofa are a bit low. I myself also had some difficulty getting off the couch. But it is clean and tidy.
