Nature house in Plaffeien

Situated on a small-scale campsite in a hilly landscape, this cozy ruralhut is situated. The location is ideal for hikers, cyclists and winter sports enthusiasts. In 2016, the cottage got a large, completely renewed balcony with beautiful panoramic views. The house has a cozy living room with a wood burning stove. The floor was furnished with new floor coverings in 2016. There is an open kitchen, equipped with an electric hob, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink. The ruralhut has two bedrooms: one with two single beds (90x200 centimeter) and one with a double bed (200x80x200 centimeter). Both rooms have a wardrobe.

The ruralhut is located at the end of a quiet road, one mile from the village of Plaffeien. There you can go for all the groceries. From the cottage there are beautiful walks. In the immediate vicinity 200 kilometers of hiking trails are ready to be walked (maps available in the house). In summer, you can swim in the Schwarzsee. On the river Sense, which runs down the road, there is also a lot of water pleasure: building dams, limited swimming, fishing and barbecuing. Winter sports fans can also fetch their hearts. Only 10 kilometers from the cottage is the Schwarzsee ski area. In addition to skiing, you can enjoy winter walks. All attributes for skiing and winter hiking are for rent / purchase at the Schwarzsee.
