Some say fairytale, others say imaginative. The cottage is located in a special place where you can sit in the garden, boating, fire burning sleeping and recreation. Inside you will find a double bed 140/200, a wood stove, an electric stove so fine for winter rentals/winter camping but just a little different. In short, not something for people who want a practical and sleek interior. The cabins are surrounded by hedges and trees, therefore cool in summer with a little less light. The interior dimension is 12 m². Centrally located in the yard you will find a fully equipped shared kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher and refrigerator. The bathroom is also located there. Please bring your own (bath) towels, the beds are made. We welcome you from 15.00 on the day of arrival. You can reserve the sauna on arrival (17.50 euro/1 hour).
Nature and surroundings
For lovers of culture, history, peace and space, this nature house is centrally located between the Frisian Elfsteden Bolsward, Sneek, Leeuwarden and Franeker. At two kilometers walking, cycling or boating distance is the picturesque village of Easterein, where the medieval church and Frisian (film) café/restaurant are worth a visit. You soon become impressed by the beautiful farms, picturesque meadows and waterways. To enjoy these waterways, canoes can be rented on site. Terherne, where the books of the Kameleon come to life for children, is easily accessible from this location. A visit to the various Frisian Eleven cities nearby is worthwhile. Franeker, for example, has the oldest working planetarium in the world, which can be visited. The port city of Harlingen, where the ferries to Terschelling and Vlieland depart, is rich in cozy fishing cafes. Bolsward, with its beautiful town hall and canals, is also just a stone's throw away. Finally, the Frisian capital Leeuwarden, perfect for shopping and culture lovers.

Fijn welkom met rondleiding. Gastvrije eigenaar. Alle faciliteiten die we nodig hadden waren op het terrein. Alles was ook schoon en netjes.
Het was een mooie omgeving. Rustgevend en op het terrein leuke plekjes om te ontdekken.

very nice
beautiful place where to escape for a weekend of relax. During winter is a bit challenging with the cold to use the toilet at night with the cold, so just something to keep in mind.

Als eerste het natuurhuisje geboekt waarvan later bleek dat dit geen boomhut was. Op de foto's van de site leek dit wat onduidelijk. Door goede service toch in de boomhut mogen slapen. Vriendelijke verhuurder.
Erg fijne tijd gehad en goed tot rust gekomen. De boomhut was warm, gezellig en schoon. Misschien handig om een spatel toe te voegen aan het keukengerei.Zeer goed
