This unique nature house is housed in a former teacher’s residence within an old school. The house is located in the heart of the Morvan Nature Park. The Morvan is a nature park in Burgundy featuring hills, forests, meadows, babbling brooks, and above all, tranquility! The cottage is surrounded by grounds covering as much as 6,000 square meters. The cottage’s garden is located at the front. On the ground floor, you’ll find the entryway, a spacious living room, a large kitchen, a toilet, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped. You have access to a gas stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a coffee maker. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with a TV and DVD player. On the First floor, you’ll find the three bedrooms, which sleep a total of seven people. There is also a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is surrounded by a vast area of hills, forests, and meadows dotted with white Charolais cows. From the front door, you can walk straight into the breathtaking Morvan nature reserve. The Morvan is a vast area of hills, forests, and meadows. About a fifteen-minute drive away lies the large reservoir Lac de Panneciere (52 m²). There you’ll find small, quiet sandy beaches where you can swim. There are many interesting towns, including Autun, Vézelay, Nevers, Avallon, and Beaune. The nearby canals with their locks, where boats are still manually operated, are also highly recommended. Here, too, time has stood still!

Het is een fijn huisje, met meerdere slaapkamers. De keuken was overal van voorzien. Ook een ruime tuin met mogelijkheid tot barbecueën en een vuurkorf.
Het huisje staan midden in een nationaal park, Morvan. Het is een rustige omgeving met veel bos.

Het huisje is comfortabel en aangenaam ingericht, maar is te delen met de bewoners/eigenaars.
De tuin is aangelegd met gazon en borders.Het huis is gelegen in het natuurpark de Morvan, mat prachtige natuur en landschappen.
