This special nature house was built in a former teacher's house in an old school. The cottage is in the middle of the natural park the Morvan. The Morvan is a natural park in Burgundy with hills, forest, meadows, babbling brooks and above all peace and quiet! Around the house is an area of up to 6000 square meters. The garden of the cottage is at the front. On the ground floor you will find the hall, spacious living room, large kitchen, a toilet and the bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped. You have a gas stove, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and a coffee maker. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with television and DVD player. On the first floor you will find the three bedrooms, with a total of seven beds. There is also a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is surrounded by a large area of hills, forests and meadows with white Charolais cows. From the front door you can walk directly through the breathtaking nature reserve of the Morvan. The Morvan is an extensive area with hills, forests and meadows. About fifteen minutes away is the large reservoir Lac de Panneciere (52m²). There you will find small, quiet sandy beaches where you can swim. There are many interesting towns, including Autun, Vézélay, Nevers, Avallon and Beaune. Also highly recommended are the nearby canals with locks, where boats are still switched. Time has stood still here too!

Het is een fijn huisje, met meerdere slaapkamers. De keuken was overal van voorzien. Ook een ruime tuin met mogelijkheid tot barbecueën en een vuurkorf.
Het huisje staan midden in een nationaal park, Morvan. Het is een rustige omgeving met veel bos.

Het huisje is comfortabel en aangenaam ingericht, maar is te delen met de bewoners/eigenaars.
De tuin is aangelegd met gazon en borders.Het huis is gelegen in het natuurpark de Morvan, mat prachtige natuur en landschappen.
