Some say fairytale, others say imaginative. The cottage is located in a special place where you can sit in the garden, boating, fire burning sleeping and recreation. A double bed, a wood stove, an electric stove so fine for winter rentals/winter camping but just a little different. In short, not something for people who want a practical and sleek interior. The cabins are surrounded by hedges and trees, therefore cool in summer with a little less light. The interior size is 12 m². In a central location on the park you will find the fully equipped communal kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher and refrigerator. There you will also find the sanitary facilities. Please bring your own (bath) towels, beds will be made for you. From 15.00 we welcome you on the day of arrival. You can reserve the wood-fired sauna on the day of arrival (17.50 euros / 1 hour)

For lovers of culture, history, peace and space, this paradise is centrally located between the Frisian Elfsteden Bolsward, Sneek, Leeuwarden and Franeker. On quiet boating/fishing water, this nature house is hidden like an oasis in the landscape. Two kilometers away is the village of Easterein with its imposing medieval church and authentic Frisian (movie) café/restaurant. You quickly become impressed by the farms, picturesque meadows and countless waterways. Canoes are available for rent on site. Church paths connect the villages and lead you to terraces and narrow streets. A visit to the mummies of Wieuwert is recommended. Terherne, where the books of the Kameleon come to life, is easily accessible from the cottage. A visit to the Frisian (Eleven) cities nearby is worthwhile: Franeker with the oldest working planetarium in the world, Workum with the Jopie Huisman Museum, water sports city Sneek with its atmospheric city center and the port city of Harlingen where the ferries to Terschelling and Vlieland depart. Bolsward is also a stone's throw away. Finally, the Frisian capital Leeuwarden, perfect for shopping and culture lovers.
