Nature house in Ostuni

Nice to live outside around the trullo. Great base for exploring Puglia (by car).The owners have many tips for activities in the area, about towns and villages to visit, and restaurants in the area.The kitchen is quite small (2-burner electric stove) with a barbecue/fireplace outside.There is no air conditioning in the accommodation. We were there in September (around 30 degrees during the day) and in terms of temperature in the trullo at night it was just doable, but when it is high summer you need to be able to withstand the heat.

De eigenaren hebben veel tips voor activiteiten in de omgeving, over stadjes en dorpjes om te bezoeken, en restaurants in de omgeving.

De keuken is vrij klein (2-pits elektrische kookplaat) met buiten nog een barbecue/haard.

Er is geen airco in de accomodatie. Wij waren er in september (rond 30 graden overdag) en dat was qua temperatuur in de trullo ‘s nachts net te doen, maar als het hoog zomer is moet je goed tegen de hitte kunnen.

It was a very nice place, in a very quiet area. Lots of space around the cottage with a garden with several sitting areas. There is another cottage nearby, which is also rented out, but you are not bothered by it (there is enough space in between).

Het was een heel fijne plek, in een zeer rustige omgeving. Veel ruimte om het huisje heen met een tuin met verschillende zitplekken. Er is nog een huisje vlakbij, dat ook verhuurd wordt, maar daar heb je geen last van (er zit genoeg ruimte tussen).

When we arrived there were guests there, they left the next day. We had the property to ourselves the days we were there, which was very nice. Alles is aanwezig, zelfs twee parasols voor als je naar het strand gaat we hebben niets gemist.

Ben je wel bewust dat er naast de Trullo ook een tweede locatie verhuurd wordt. Deze lamia is overigens ook prachtig!
Toen wij aankwamen waren daar gasten, zij vertrokken de volgende dag. Wij hebben het domein de dagen dat we er waren voor onszelf gehad, dat was wel erg fijn.
De ligging ten opzichte van bezienswaardige plaatsen en de kust is perfect. Kortom; wil je deze kant op dan wordt je vast net zo blij van dit plekje als wij.

A unique experience to stay in this Trullo. The property with the olive trees, palms, cacti, flowering shrubs and (fat) plants with the various places to relax, eat or take a nap in the hammock make it complete.

Een unieke beleving om in deze Trullo te verblijven. Het domein met de olijfbomen, palmen, cactussen, bloeiende struiken en (vet)planten met de verschillende plekken om te ontspannen, eten of een dutje in de hangmat maken het compleet.

Lovely cottage, everything is there both outside and inside. Wonderfully quiet, until the dogs in the kennel start barking. Not constantly, but occasionally annoying, disturbing peace.

Heerlijk huisje, alles is aanwezig zowel buiten als binnen. Heerlijk rustig, tot de honden in de kennel beginnen te blaffen. Niet voortdurend, maar af en toe wel vervelend, rust verstorend.
