Spacious detached, simply furnished farmhouse with three bedrooms, a sleeping loft, two bathrooms, small living room (with wood stove), very spacious living room with double dining table, further CV, spacious closed kitchen with wide stove, lots of work space, appliances (large oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, no microwave). Very private, nice large garden with fire pit, small swing and trampoline. Large stable areas where e.g. bikes can be stored. Large terrace with several pieces of garden furniture. Deer can regularly be seen in the garden! Walking route GR5 runs past the house, via a beautiful 'cross walk' through the woods behind the little church. Wireless internet is available, but high speed cannot be guaranteed, local signal quality is not so high.
Nature and surroundings
Unique family house, beautifully situated next to 12th-century church in small village in the middle of a beautiful part of the Belgian Ardennes (German speaking). Quiet, very wooded, plenty of hiking opportunities from the house, lake nearby. Several larger stores about five kilometers away.
