This authentic ruralhut is set in the valley of the French Amance river. It is on a plateau, in a quiet village with no traffic. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bathroom with a shower, separate toilet and three bedrooms. There’s a comfortable sitting area with a wood burning stove, TV, DVD and CD player in the living room. There is an internet connection and Wi-Fi that can be turned on or off. The kitchen is fully equipped with all conveniences. You have an electric hob, fridge, oven, coffee maker and kettle. There’s a stair case in the kitchen leading up to the first floor. Here you can find the three bedrooms and the bathroom. The bedrooms each have a double bed. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and garden chairs. The cottage has two lovely south-facing terraces, where you can enjoy your privacy and beautiful views. There is also a covered terrace in the shade and a considerable lawn at the back.

The surroundings of the cottage are perfect for a walk or bike ride. Visit one of the many beautiful villages or secondhand markets. Attention to all watersport enthusiasts! The lakes at Langres are suitable for surfing, sailing or fishing.
