Nature house in Lacapelle Biron

This ruralhut in France consists of two houses! The cottages are located inside a closed 1500m² plot. The yard is entirely fenced. This is ideal if you want to go on holiday with the kids or with the dog! The first cottage has a living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. A cozy sitting area with wood burning stove, TV and DVD player can be found in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, coffee maker and kettle.The second cottage has a double bedroom as well as a pantry room. In the pantry room you can find a wood burning stove, microwave, freezer and washing machine. A spacious covered terrace can be found outside, equipped with garden furniture. There is also a barbecue area with a stone barbecue.

This ruralhut is set eight kilometers away from the town of Fumel. The Lot river flows through this town. The village of Duravel is close to Fumel, here you can rent canoes, bikes and mountain bikes. You can also choose to take an organized boat trip across the Dordogne River from Duravel. Attention to all wine lovers! A short 40 minute drive will take you to the world-famous wine town Bergerac. A cozy Burgandian city that is definitely worth discovering!
