This century-old, detached nature house is the first house on the right in a small hamlet. The cottage is surrounded by an enclosed garden with sun & shade and has a wide view of the beautiful surroundings. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower & toilet. In the cozy living room with garden doors is a comfortable sitting area and a wood stove. Adjacent you will find the dining area and cupboards with crockery. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, juicer, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The 1st bedroom is romantically decorated and has two coupled single beds. The second bedroom has two single beds and a bunk bed. Next to the Gîte is a covered terrace with running water, gas barbecue, picnic table and lounge sofa. The Gîte has a private parking space that can be locked. The campsite and our 2500 m² lake are 300 meters away.
Nature and surroundings
As a lover of peace, space and nature, this is the place to come home to. The tiny village of Pébru is located near the Dordogne River, in the Corrèze département. In the Corrèze one finds a lot of cattle breeding, agriculture and horticulture. Directly from the cottage there are many interesting walks. Through meadows, small paths and streams: a real challenge for the enthusiastic hiker. This is also a great place to be in winter, with the ski resort of Super Lioran 70 kilometers away. At 8 kilometers you will find the village of Goulles with its bakery & grocery store, 20 kilometers away is Argentat with several supermarkets, restaurants, a swimming pool with slides and eg canoe rentals. At 15 kilometers away is a climbing forest and a riding school. And 20 kilometers away is a large reservoir with an aqua park, pedal boats and a lovely beach.
