The ruralhut with terrace and garden facing the south, has a cozy living room with open kitchen, four bedrooms, two double beds, two bunk beds and a single bed and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. A TV, DVD player, Senseo device, dishwasher, washing machine and an Ipod holder are provided. In the autumn of 2012, the kitchen, living room and the two bathrooms have been thoroughly renovated, making the chalet even more comfortable. The house is centrally heated and has underfloor heating on the ground floor. The living room has a very cozy stove. Wood is present in the carport to a sufficient extent. The house, with carport (with car only accessible outside winter months), is located on a small road. During the winter months a parking space is available at the top of the road.

The surrounding area, Grächen, the Matter Valley itself and all its valleys are ideal for making beautiful walks - for every level - and for enjoying a truly beautiful nature. All walks are very well indicated by means of signs. In addition, several walks are worth a walk several times. In the cottage there are some maps with walks and of course the owner is prepared to provide you with all possible information. Given that Grächen knows the least rainfall per year in Switzerland, the chance of good weather is considerable. The cottage has been rented for several years now and the owner receives many compliments about the beautiful nature. The house is located just outside of Grächen between Saas Fee and Zermatt. The bus stop to the ski area and the cozy village of Grächen is about 250 meters away. The bus (included in ski pass) will take you to the ski lift in Grächen within five minutes. By car you will be there in about three minutes. It is ideally suited for making many beautiful walks in the area. In addition to hiking, many activities are organized in the village of Grächen. Grächen was declared the most child-friendly village in Switzerland in 2012. The village is 1600 meters high and is known for its many hours of sunshine in Switzerland each year.
