Nature house in Oostburg

The ruralhut is a renovated dike house located in Zeeuws-Flanders, only 3.5 kilometers from Oostburg, close to the Zeeland coast. It has an area of ​​approximately 150 m² and has a hallway with wardrobe, spacious living room (with wood stove, TV and DVD player) and a kitchen with four hobs, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and toaster. In addition there is a storage room with washer and dryer, shower with wash basin and separate toilet, separate dining room with basement and bedstead, where two small children can possibly sleep. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, each with two single beds and a vide with a double bed. In addition there is a bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin, second toilet and hair dryer. The large terrace has garden furniture, a garden umbrella and swings. Around 500 m² garden and parking for two cars are available. Rental runs from Saturday to Saturday. Midweeks and long weekends can also be booked when high season is over. It is also possible to rent a part of the house at reduced prices. In consultation, extension of the rental period with a few days will be possible. Pets are welcome under some conditions after consultation. Smoking is not allowed.

From the house you have a beautiful view of the nature reserve "De Blikken" where many birds such as lapwings, sky larks and avocets breed. It is a food area for geese and other winter guests. You have a beautiful sight on the tower of the historic village of Groede from the ruralhut. You are only five kilometers away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the Netherlands. A nude beach is located on the Groese coast. You can make beautiful walks both along the beach and in the polders. The region is famous for its many beautiful cycling routes. You can go shopping in Oostburg or in the fishing village of Breskens. There are several indoor swimming pools in the area. You can fish in the Nieuwkerkse Kreek, just a few hundred meters from the house. For golf lovers there is an excellent golf course in Oostburg. Great food can be found in Groede, Hoofdplaat, Breskens, Sluis and Oostburg. For the lovers of history and culture, the cities of Middelburg and Bruges are within driving distance.
