At the foot of the Lauwersmeer National Park in Friesland lies a little paradise! The ruralhut is located only 250 meters from the paved road and is accessible only by private road, so absolute privacy is guaranteed. Spacious 15,000 m2 of private property, suitable for 8 to 24 persons, depending on the composition of the group, the weather and the activities that the group wants to do. It is the ideal place for rest seekers and families with children. Pets are allowed in consultation. Horses and ponies are also welcome. Also suitable for business trips and garden parties, possibly with a chef at home. There is a separate bathhouse with two showers, a seating area, three washbasins and two toilets. There is a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet in the house. There is also a utility room with separate toilet and washbasin. There are six bedrooms without bunk beds. One bedroom has a made king-sized waterbed. In the living room is an open kitchen. One bedroom is located above the “Sylhok”. This ruralhut is not rented to student groups.

The Lauwersmeer National Park is a beautiful nature reserve. You can also go to Schiermonnikoog island from the ruralhut. Nearby are many facilities, such as mudflat hiking, canoeing, biking, covered wagon and / or horse rental, sailing and swimming, museums, tea gardens, playgrounds and more. In bad weather also many indoor excursions are possible. Various workshops can be organized on the farm itself, such as percussion, painting, cooking or various energy courses. In the large garden there is also a campfire where you can enjoy a fire and barbecue until the late hours.
