The nature house is an authentic Alentejan house. It consists of three attached cottages, beautifully situated in the midst of unspoiled nature. There are three apartments, of which this cottage is one. One of the other cottages can be booked under house code 23942. So it can also be booked with a larger group (intotal 10 persons) and there is plenty of privacy. Around the house are several terraces, where you can enjoy the outdoors either in the sun or the shade. But also on the estate (2.6 hectares) are excellent private places in the sun or shade to create.
Nature and surroundings
Small and large walks can be started right from the house. If you prefer guided walks, a Dutch-speaking guide can be arranged. Birds can be seen from the terrace, depending on the time of day. A wide variety of birds breed on the property or rest there while migrating to the far south. In spring there is a profusion of field flowers. Even after the summer when the first rain has fallen there comes a kind of "second spring" In front of the house is a valley, in which in winter and spring flows a stream; there is also an old well there. From the north side of the house one can see for miles. The terrace on the south side offers a view of the valley with a distant view of the adjacent piece of land where some cattle graze but sometimes they come here for a while, in the end the grass is always greener with the neighbor!
