The house is located on an estate with unpaved forest paths in the Monte Subasio National Park and 10 km from Assisi. The property is reached by a small and winding road. The estate covers a total of 240 hectares of fully fenced land, with deer and horses. It is highly recommended for people who like to spend their vacations far away from civilization in the middle of nature. On the estate there is a riding school and a luxury restaurant. The vacation homes are a few kilometers away from the reception and the restaurant. The swimming pool is 450 meters away. There are opportunities to go for walks or lie by the pool and enjoy the overwhelming panorama.
