Nature house in Roosdaal

Pleasant ruralhut in Roosdaal, situated in beautiful Pajottenland! The house was created by the reconstruction of a recovered timber framing from the Ardennes. The owners have only used ecological materials. The owners of this ruralhut open their holiday home to anyone who wants to enjoy the tranquility, peace and nature of the hilly Roosdaal landscape for a few days. The house is in the backyard of the owners. The cottage is also for rent for up to five people, see house code 15788.

Roosdaal is also called the gate of the Pajottenland, a soft-glowing landscape just 20 kilometers southwest of Brussels. Roosdaal is rich in beautiful nature and valuable heritage. All this can be discovered in different ways. You can explore the most beautiful places along footpaths. There are a number of walks that are part of the regional hiking network 'Dender-Lombeek'. Of course you can also explore the surroundings by bike. For mountain lovers there is the mountain bike trail called the ''Schakel'', which provides 43 kilometers of cycling pleasure along quiet paths and along the most beautiful pieces of nature. From June to August there are boat trips on the 'Dender'. Also there is the Coach House route for horse racing, a total of a 16 kilometers long route. You can also visit Belleheide Sports Center for tennis, squash, bowling and an indoor children's playground. The children can also enjoy themselves in the Playing forest at Ledeberg. Jogging can be done on the various Finnish slopes. In the center of Pamel there is a supermarket and an ATM. There are several restaurants, taverns, take away stores and cafes nearby. The owners also sell their own restored furniture and home accessories. The layout of the ruralhut was realized with old retro furniture that the owners refurbished and restored. Also lovely gifts are put in a new contemporary jacket using sanding and painting techniques. These items are, if desired, offered to guests for sale.
