Just above the authentic mountain village of Allos lies this nature house in the sunny southern French Alps. It is a spacious and cozy apartment (70m²) in a nature house and is located in a kind of villa park among the trees. The living room has a TV, DVD player and free Wifi. This nature house also has a large private balcony facing south. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a large mezzanine with a comfortable double bed (1.60x2meter), crib and high chair. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds each, shower and separate toilet. Near the house is a large communal garden. Parking is available along the cul-de-sac near the apartment. The washing machine is for common use. Other apartments are rented in the same nature house. These can be found under house codes: 14089, 18562, 26875 and 26876. All apartments are located so that everyone has plenty of privacy.
Nature and surroundings
The Verdon Valley is a still relatively unknown and unspoiled area, ideal for nature and mountain sports lovers. The nearby National Park "Mercantour", offers wonderful opportunities for hiking. There are several recreational opportunities such as water sports at the various rivers and lakes. There are also nice markets in the area where culinary local products are sold. For children there are several facilities in the recreation park at 10 minutes walking distance, such as a swimming pool with slide.

Het is één van de vijf appartementen in het chalet.
Ons appartement had balkon op zuid-oost, dus als we terug kwamen van onze wandeling was de zon net van het balkon verdwenen, erg jammer hoor!
Verder hadden we geregeld geen warm water omdat de kachel steeds uitviel. Het sanitair is behoorlijk gedateerd , de douchebak lekt!

Jammer dat u het zo heeft ervaren. Het huis kunnen we helaas niet draaien, als u ons vooraf had gevraagd, dan hadden we u app 3 of 4 geadviseerd omdat die allebei middagzon hebben.
Over De defecte CV ketel had ik graag een telefoontje gehad, dan had ik een CV monteur langs laten komen.
En over de douche krijgen we nooit klachten omdat iedereen het douchegordijn binnen de bak laat hangen. Het sanitair is niet nieuw maar zeker niet gedateerd in onze optiek.
Wel jammer dat u niets over de nieuwe keuken meldt in App 1.Nature, peace & environment:Een prachtige omgeving met volop wandelmogelijkheden waar we voor gingen. Nog erg rustig in deze periode .
