The vacation home "am Maibusch" is located on the outskirts of the village of Ulmen, in the heart of the beautiful Vulkaneifel - Moselle - Nürburgring region. On a plot of approx. 1800 m2, the vacation home can accommodate 25 people and is therefore ideally suited for a vacation with the whole family or with friends. The approx. 70m2 large living room has a giant dining room table, which can accommodate everyone. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, etc. For relaxation, there is a pool table. In the large garden there are several toys for children, a soccer goal and a BBQ possibility. Table soccer and table tennis are located on the covered terrace. In addition, in the garden you have the opportunity to sunbathe, play, read or simply relax! Special remarks: Together with the 26 pers. vacation home (DE-56766-05), located only 200m away, these two vacation homes can accommodate up to 51 people! The vacation home "Maibusch" is, with the exception of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, completely on the ground floor. 2 toilets and 1 shower are suitable for disabled persons and wheelchair accessible. The bedroom on the 1st floor of the DE-56766-04 is a bit low in some places. Two of the bedrooms of the DE-56766-05 on the 2nd floor are passage rooms. This means that you can reach one bedroom only through the other bedroom. Due to our cooperation with numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity, we are happy to offer assistance with any desired catering.
