Nature house in Bengel

Surprising Germany! Recently renovated and restyled old nature house in picturesque Bengel, only 250 kilometers from Eindhoven. The beautiful village is situated in the valley of the Alf. Ideal for a (mid) week or weekend away and yet close to home. The house consists of 2 floors, each suitable for 4 people with private bathroom and kitchen. You can rent these floors separately or both at the same time for a reduced surcharge.Totaal there is room for 8 people. On the ground floor there is a separate bedroom and you can easily and quickly convert the sofa in the living room into a sofa bed.On the first floor there are two separate bedrooms.There are three parking spaces in front of the door and on the other side of the road is a beautiful garden, right on the creek the Alf. You can light the barbeque and eat your steak on the banks of the stream. In the village there is a store, where you can buy bread, croissants, spreads, beer and other delicacies. There is a butcher with delicious meat and cold cuts. There are two restaurants with delicious dishes on the menu and for very affordable prices. There is a doner kebab store. The beautiful church is worth a visit. Just a few minutes walk away is the beautiful Carmelite monastery Springiersbach from 1102. Walking from your house you can make walks through the beautiful valley or over the hills, or in the imposing 2500 acre Kondelwald. Cycling is best along the Moselle with its beautiful Moselradweg, which runs on both sides of the Moselle. (Christmas) markets, wine and beer festivals, historic villages, schnitzel or bratwurst food, everything is possible A day at the spa town of Bad Bertrich 10 km from Bengel, which also has an excellent sauna and pool. Boating on the Moselle, possibly combined with cycling. Or just cozy barbecuing by the creek. In the house you will find extensive tips for activities in the area for every season.

You step out of your nature house and at the end of the garden is the River Alf.If you want to follow hiking trails you have all the choice.The Kondelwald can be found at a distance of 600 meters.This forest is 2500 hectares.The River Alf flows into the Mosel 10 km away.So by bike you can admire the Mosel after 10 km of almost flat road. Along the Mosel is a bicycle and hiking trail, free from all car traffic and as flat as the river flows.In many places, the Moselradweg is on both sides of the Mosel, but always on one side to cycle and walk.The Moselradweg runs from Trier to Koblenz An idea is to a part along the Mosel to cycle and then with a boat to sail back.In the tourist season sails a pleasure boat at fixed times.
