Rodemack and Thionville
Close to the Luxembourg border, a medieval village is surrounded by ramparts. This village is also nicknamed 'the little Lorraine Carcassonne'. Especially in the summer this village is highly recommended. Take a holiday home in June in this part of Moselle and enjoy the annual medieval festival that Rodemack organizes. Besides Rodemack, a visit to Thionville is also highly recommended. This flea tower was built in the 13th century and houses the regional history and archaeology museum.
