This is a small wooden cabin in the woods at Podere di Maggio, a quiet spot where you won’t see many other people. It sleeps four. There are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—and a new bathroom with a shower. The living room has large glass doors that open onto the terrace. The terrace is about 50 m² and has a table and a sofa. Most guests end up eating out there, under the trees, with a stream running nearby. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, moka pot, plates, and cutlery, so you can cook a proper meal. A heat pump keeps the cabin warm in winter and cool in summer. Bed linens, towels, and a hair dryer are provided, and the bedrooms have mosquito screens. You can park right in front. You’re welcome to use the estate’s pool. It’s a natural pool, free of chemicals and filled with spring water. Dogs and other pets are welcome. We have a crib and a high chair available if you need them—just ask.

Nearby: the village of Santa Fiora, Monte Amiata, walks in the woods, the Saturnia hot springs, and Bagni San Filippo. Breakfast is not included.

For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €100.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
