Ideal for those seeking peace and quiet who want to find inspiration. The master bedroom features a comfortable double box-spring bed measuring 180 x 200. The second bedroom has two single box-spring beds measuring 80 x 200. The third (children’s) bedroom has a loft bed and a mattress underneath, providing a sixth sleeping spot. Wi-Fi and TV are available. Except for the tourist tax, EVERYTHING is included: sauna, firewood, final cleaning, towels, made-up beds...... Nature and surroundings
A spacious private forest garden (2,000 m²). The back of the property borders the quiet main road to Diever. The garden features a barrel sauna, forest trails, a fenced-in pond, and a playground. At the adjacent campground, you can use the outdoor pool and other facilities for a small fee. In the wooded garden, you’ll see squirrels and all kinds of birds. From the garden, you can walk right into the woods or out onto the heath. The Aekingerzand and Canadameer are just 3 km away. And a 10-minute bike ride will take you to the mountain bike trail. There are many hiking and biking trails in the Wateren area. A truly beautiful spot in Drenthe for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers, with or without children. There are also several museums, an organic-vegetarian restaurant, various other cozy restaurants, a sauna complex, and outdoor swimming pools about 10 to 15 minutes away by car. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
