Choose your favorite spot: by the pool, under the pergola, near the outdoor kitchen, or on the spacious 50 m² balcony. Inside, you’ll enjoy 150 m² of light and comfort for 2 to 8 people. The villa features three bedrooms, two bathrooms with rain showers, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable sofa bed. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and an electric car charging station are provided. From the house, you can explore medieval villages like Casperia, hiking trails, and the natural beauty of Sabina. Tennis and padel are available just 500 meters away; shopping can be done at a modern shopping center 7.5 kilometers away. Rome is about an hour away by train. Prefer to stay in? After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
