This detached 4-person Aekinger Lodge is the perfect spot for a comfortable stay surrounded by nature—whether you’re traveling as a couple or with the family. The moment you step inside, you’ll feel right at home: it’s bright, warm, and practically furnished. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, 4-burner electric stove, Philips filter coffee maker, electric kettle, and a refrigerator and freezer. Ideal for a relaxed breakfast or a cozy evening meal. There’s a large dining table with a cozy sofa. In the sitting area, you can settle in for a book, a board game, or a movie night on the smart TV. Two bedrooms. Through the French doors, you step right out onto the patio, which features patio furniture, a hot tub, and a large umbrella. The garden is surrounded by greenery, ensuring plenty of privacy and tranquility. The house is on one level and equipped with electric heating, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.

Location & Surroundings The lodge is situated in a quiet spot near the entrance to the hiking and biking trails of the Drents-Friese Wold National Park. Explore the area on foot, on horseback, or by bike. The park features an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, mini-golf, a play area, bike rentals, and a cozy outdoor bar. Dogs are welcome.
