This house is a cozy and comfortable open-plan home, with a maximum capacity of 2 adults and 1 child. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a wood-burning stove, a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a sofa bed for one child. It has a small private terrace with outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. For your comfort, we provide bed linens, bath towels, pool towels, shampoo, and shower gel. The stay includes breakfast, served at the villa. Guests can also enjoy the seasonal saltwater swimming pool and the shared outdoor spaces at Terras do Salvado, surrounded by the tranquility and beautiful landscapes of the Beira Interior region.
Nature and surroundings
This place is a family-run rural tourism retreat born from a dream, nestled in the heart of nature in the Fundão region of central Portugal. With five independent accommodation units, it offers peace, comfort, and beautiful landscapes for those seeking to relax and escape everyday life. It features a seasonal saltwater swimming pool and outdoor spaces to enjoy nature. Just a 10-minute drive from Fundão and about 40 minutes from Serra da Estrela, it is an ideal base for exploring river beaches, historic villages, hiking trails, and regional cuisine. Our dogs and cats are part of our family and everyday life here. However, Terras do Salvado is not a pet-friendly property, and guests’ pets are not permitted. More than just a business, it is a dream brought to life with dedication, where we welcome our guests warmly and sincerely, as if they were staying at a friend’s home.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
