Welcome to our comfortable guesthouse, built in 2023 and equipped with all the amenities. You’ll have access to a sitting area, a TV, a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, and microwave. Coffee and tea-making facilities are provided. You can choose between a double bed or two single beds. Breakfast is not included. Through the French doors, you’ll step out onto the covered patio with garden chairs, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the meadows. On-site parking is free, and you can store your bicycle here. During your stay, you can reach us via the phone number provided in the apartment. The two guesthouses are located right next to each other and each has its own entrance and amenities. Are you traveling with family or friends? Nature and surroundings
Our accommodation is located in Mijdrecht, in the beautiful Green Heart region. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet, open spaces, and sweeping views of the meadows. In this rural setting, you can enjoy cycling, hiking, boating, fishing, and swimming. Nearby, you’ll find the Vinkeveense Plassen, the Nieuwkoopse Plassen, the Amstel River, and the De Groene Jonker nature reserve. Public transportation is available within 2 kilometers to help you explore the area. Whether by public transportation or by car, there are plenty of options for fun day trips. Amsterdam, Utrecht, The Hague, Haarlem, Zandvoort Beach, Keukenhof, the Amsterdamse Bos, and Schiphol Airport are all about a half-hour drive away. Visit a charming city, explore nature, or enjoy a day at the beach. There are also great places to eat right in the immediate vicinity. This way, you can combine a relaxing stay in the Green Heart with the many activities the area has to offer. You’re very welcome here!

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
