Our cozy, Scandinavian-style vacation home is quietly located in the Extertal Vacation Park and can accommodate up to 5 people. The house spans two levels and is bright, welcoming, and comfortably furnished—ideal for settling in and unwinding. There are 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds and one with a single bed. The open living area, featuring a wood-burning stove, comfortable seating, a dining area, and a TV, is perfect for relaxing evenings. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, and more. The wood-burning stove heats the entire house; firewood is provided as part of the basic amenities. In addition, electric heaters and electric floor heating are available in all rooms. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, complemented by a hallway and a storage room with a washing machine. A special highlight is the private sauna. The terrace with a view of the forest invites you to linger.
Nature and surroundings
The Nature house is located between the Weserbergland and the Teutoburg Forest, surrounded by forests, meadows, and rolling hills. Numerous hiking and walking trails start right at the vacation park, inviting you to enjoy a leisurely experience of nature—ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers, and active vacationers. A 4,000 m² activity park is available free of charge and offers a wide range of options for exercise and recreation, including soccer, table tennis, volleyball, a trampoline, a sandbox, chess, and a barbecue area with seating. The surrounding area is also excellent for cycling and mountain biking. E-bikes, children’s bikes, and handcarts can be rented on-site. Numerous destinations are easily accessible by car, such as Hamelin, Minden, Bückeburg, Bad Pyrmont, or Hanover. The region perfectly combines nature, relaxation, and a wide variety of recreational activities.

If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount. After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refunded
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refunded
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refunded
• on the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €150.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
