The home accommodates 4 people and features two bedrooms, a cozy living room with a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate office with a fully furnished workspace. Nature and surroundings
From the garden, you can walk right into the woods. The lot is on a corner and borders the edge of the woods on two sides. Through two private forest gates, you can step directly from the garden into the greenery. The forests surrounding Echten and the Echtenerzand are part of the Ruinen Forest District: a vast nature reserve featuring woods, heathland, ponds, and shifting sand dunes. It’s a beautiful area for walking, biking, and mountain biking. For example, take a walk through the woods to ’t Boshuys in Echten for coffee and homemade cake. In the garden, too, nature changes with the seasons. Birds are regular visitors, and squirrels, hedgehogs, and martens also make frequent appearances. The pond is home to fish and frogs, and in May and June, you’re even guaranteed to hear real frog concerts. Among other things, walnut trees, plum trees, grapevines, and Chinese dogwoods grow here. • 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refunded
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refunded
• on the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €250.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
