This naturehouse is a renovated former farmhouse nestled in the peaceful Pontine countryside, just 6 km from the sea. The house, featuring two large wooden patios with exposed beams, offers a spacious kitchen fully equipped with everything you need, three bedrooms with private entrances (two of which also include a small living area with a built-in kitchen for quick meals), and three bathrooms. Outside, you’ll find your own private space with an outdoor kitchen, a wood-fired pizza oven, a barbecue, and tables under the olive trees. An authentic, fenced-in 3-hectare farmstead, with no neighbors, nestled among orchards and olive groves—ideal for those seeking silence, stargazing, and a slow-paced life in harmony with nature.
Nature and surroundings
We are located in the heart of the Pontine countryside in Borgo San Donato - Sabaudia, just 6 km from the sea and 5 km from the Circeo National Park. Surrounding you are the coastal lakes designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site: Lake Fogliano and Lake Paola, a birdwatching paradise featuring flamingos, herons, and ospreys. The park offers marked trails for hiking and biking through dunes, forests, and wetlands. Just 20 minutes away are the Lepini Mountains, home to the villages of Bassiano and Sermoneta, the Gardens of Ninfa, and the spiritual sites of the Santuario della Sorpresa and the Santuario del Crocifisso. From the ports of San Felice and Terracina, you can rent boats and inflatable boats to visit the Pontine Islands—Ponza, Palmarola, and Ventotene—right in front of you. The sea, untamed nature, culture, and spirituality—all just 15 minutes from the farm. We’re Fabiola and Laura; we live nearby. If you need anything, we’ll take care of everything—renting bikes for you, booking a guide for birdwatching, accompanying you on the many hiking trails, or arranging a boat or inflatable boat rental.

For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
