B&B "Lindenhoeve" – Peace and Relaxation in North Holland In a secluded corner of the garden of our farmhouse, on the outskirts of Waarland, we’ve created this spot—accessible via a back path—that offers 100% privacy. We did this simply so you can enjoy the wide-open space, the tranquility, and the view. Unwind after a day of biking or hiking, admire a beautiful sunset, and gaze at the starry sky in the evening. The B&B features an extra-wide bed, a bathroom with heated floors, a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and hot plate. To start your day off right, we provide a Nespresso machine, a drip coffee maker, a kettle, and a milk frother. Bedding, towels, and kitchen linens are included. Our garden features an outdoor pizza oven that you’re welcome to use for a cozy evening. A breakfast service package can be booked as an optional add-on. Practical information: suitable for 2 people, smoke-free and pet-free, no open flames, not wheelchair accessible, supermarket a 5-minute drive away, bookable year-round.
Nature and surroundings
B&B "Lindenhoeve" is located in Waarland, in the heart of the North Holland countryside. From the B&B, you can enjoy beautiful bike rides and hikes through the polder landscape and along the West Frisian Omringdijk. In the spring, the colorful bulb fields are well worth a visit. The dunes and coast are also easily accessible. Visit Schoorl and the North Holland Dune Reserve, take a walk through the dunes, or enjoy a day at the beach, about 15 kilometers away. Seaside towns such as Camperduin, Egmond aan Zee, and Callantsoog offer charming beach pavilions and shops. Near Callantsoog, you’ll also find the Zwanenwater nature reserve. For culture, shopping, and dining, head to Alkmaar, Schagen, Bergen, and Hoorn. Other options in the area include the BroekerVeiling Museum, the Geestmerambacht recreation area, and a visit to Texel. If the weather isn’t so nice, you can visit Fort Beemster or take advantage of the wellness facilities, among other options. A folder with tips about the surrounding area is available for you.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €100.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.

- Minimum age of main booker: 30 years.
