The cozy living room features a comfortable seating area, a warm fireplace, and a private bar. French doors lead out to the patio and the spacious garden. For an extra festive evening, you can hire a bartender. The property has 16 bedrooms with a total of 45 single box-spring beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror, as well as a closet and dresser. Two bedrooms have their own jacuzzi, and bedroom 1 features a bathtub. The bedrooms on the first floor are accessible via the stairs or elevator, making the property suitable for guests with limited mobility. The spacious, professional commercial kitchen is fully equipped for large groups and features a kitchen island, large oven, microwave, commercial dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo, and two commercial filter coffee makers. You can cook for yourself or hire a caterer.
Nature and surroundings
The grounds feature a playground with a ping-pong table and a foosball table. There is also a shared indoor game room with ping-pong, pool, and air hockey. The surrounding area offers various hiking and biking trails through the woods. Guests can use scooters, bicycles, and go-karts free of charge. Landgoed ’t Borghuis is located in the heart of the Twente forests and offers comfortable vacation homes, plenty of play facilities, and direct access to beautiful nature areas such as the Lutterzand and the Dinkeldal. With an indoor play area, a large playground, and plenty of hiking and biking trails, it’s an ideal spot for families and nature lovers.
