Panoramic Views – Your Nature Cottage with Mountain Views in Radstadt, the Salzburg Region Welcome to the “Schmuckstück” vacation home near Radstadt in the Salzburg region, newly built in 2019. It is the last house in a small row of six, surrounded by meadows and forests, with only one farm as a neighbor. Our Panoramareich is a 67 m² vacation apartment, tastefully furnished, where just a few steps outside the front door are enough to have the Dachstein right before your eyes—and from the living room, the view to the west even extends as far as the Kitzsteinhorn. The large, private terrace with lounge furniture invites you to enjoy this view. The light-filled living-kitchen area blends seamlessly with the natural surroundings thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. Both bedrooms feature their own bathrooms, along with naturally oiled oak parquet flooring, underfloor heating, and an in-house sauna. Sleeps 2–6. Heike Schwarz looks forward to your visit!
Nature and surroundings
The Panoramareich is situated on a quiet hill between the Radstadt and Schladming Tauern mountains—away from the village, as the last house in a small row of six, with only five other houses and a farm as neighbors. Surrounded by lush meadows and dense forests, you’ll find true peace and quiet here, far away from the hustle and bustle. The Dachstein is just a stone’s throw from the front door; from the living room, the view stretches far to the west as far as the Kitzsteinhorn, while the Hochkönig and Tennengebirge round out the impressive mountain backdrop. Numerous hiking trails start right outside the door, leading through unspoiled nature—past meadows, forests, and small streams, with views that invite you to pause and take it all in. Whether it’s a leisurely morning stroll or a long hike in the afternoon—the surrounding landscape offers nature experiences for every pace, completely free of mass tourism right on your doorstep.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
