Our nature house is a comfortable and stylish place to stay for four people. The house has two bedrooms: - one with a double bed - one with two single beds Inside, you’ll find a separate toilet, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with: - dishwasher - induction cooktop - combination microwave - refrigerator with freezer compartment - filter coffee maker - electric kettle. All bed linens, bath linens, and kitchen linens are included, so you can enjoy your stay without a care in the world. The Kokshuus is currently in its final stages of completion. You can already view a few photos to get a sense of the atmosphere and interior design. We expect to open around mid-October, after which more photos will be posted online. We look forward to welcoming you to our nature house.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located right on the Overijssels Canal, between Heino, Lemelerveld, Raalte, and Luttenberg. From the house, you can follow beautiful hiking and biking trails along the canal and through the Salland countryside. Nearby are the Lemelerberg and the Sallandse Heuvelrug, where you can enjoy heathland, forests, and panoramic views. For families, De Flierefluiter or Avonturenpark Hellendoorn make for a fun outing, and cities like Zwolle, Deventer, and Ommen are just a short drive away for culture, shopping, and dining. In addition, there are various activities nearby, such as swimming, mountain biking, visiting local farms, and enjoying cozy outdoor cafes and local shops. The nature house is a wonderful base for peace and quiet, nature, and fun day trips.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
