Nature house in Laag Zuthem (bij Zwolle)

This nature house is a peaceful place to stay with sweeping views of the countryside, located near Zwolle. The cottage sleeps 7 people and features 5 bedrooms (3 single rooms and 2 double rooms), all with their own bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. Bosuil is fully equipped, with a cozy living room, conference table, fireplace, spacious kitchen, and a large terrace with French doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a Nespresso machine, a drip coffee maker, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer, and a dishwasher. The property is ideal for a relaxing stay, but also well-suited for meetings, training sessions, and workshops. You’ll have complete independence during your stay. If desired, our catering partners can provide delicious meals. Check-in is easy via a key box, and there’s plenty of free parking.

The surroundings of this nature house are beautiful, with wonderful hiking and biking trails that take you through the lovely countryside. What makes it special is that the Den Alerdinck estate remains intact. The estate first appears in the archives around 1431. For example, there’s the old “seadike” that runs around the original estate. Our neighbors, the Colckhof estate managed by Natuurmonumenten, have wonderful hiking trails listed on the Natuurmonumenten website. The Sallandse Heuvelrug, the Vecht Valley, and the IJssel Valley are among the most beautiful nature areas in the Netherlands. Visit the Hanseatic cities: Zwolle (12 km), Deventer (30 km), Hattem (10 km), or Kampen (30 km). Or the tourist towns of Dalfsen (13 km) and Hattem (15 km). In Heino (6 km), you’ll find Nijenhuis Castle with the Fundatie Museum. Due to the peaceful atmosphere, this property is not rented to groups of young people. Ample parking is available on the property.
