This elegant 100-square-meter loft exudes tranquility thanks to its natural materials and thoughtful simplicity. With ceilings over 4 meters high and large windows, your indoor space flows seamlessly into the natural surroundings outside. The living space is furnished with an eye for quality and functionality. The centerpiece is the 3.5-meter-long wooden dining table. The open kitchen offers ample space and is fully equipped. The home features underfloor heating for a comfortable climate year-round. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, and there is a separate half-bath. Adjacent to the house is your private terrace with comfortable lounge chairs, overlooking the fishing pond. In addition to the open terrace, there is also a covered terrace with a table set. The expansive garden is a blend of permaculture and an English cottage garden, complete with free-range chickens.

- Just 100 meters away is the secluded Scheutbos, where you can spot deer, buzzards, squirrels, and many other animals. - A 15-minute walk will take you to the Lembeekse Bossen. The Lembeek Forests form a vast nature reserve spanning 305 hectares. This beautiful area offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, with a varied landscape consisting of expansive deciduous and coniferous forests, rolling fields, and colorful forest edges. - A 15-minute bike ride (bikes available) will take you to the Leen Provincial Property. - The villa is located next to an extensive mountain bike trail. - If you’d like a change of pace with a bit more action: You’re about 30 minutes away from Ghent, Bruges, or Knokke—or you can dip your toes in the sea at Cadzand.
