The apartment has central heating and is located on the 1st floor of Het Koetshuis; it has no neighbors below, next door, or above, and offers a direct view of the National Park. A 3-minute walk away. Complete privacy—no one can see inside. Parking on the property. The living room measures 65 m², along with the semi-enclosed loggia of 32 m²: a total of 97 m². It faces south. You can ALWAYS stay dry and ALWAYS out of the wind in the loggia. The bathroom is equipped with a private toilet, bathtub, double sink, and a 90 x 120 cm shower area featuring a rain showerhead and additional floor heating. The guest toilet is located elsewhere in the home. A TV with 50 channels and high-speed internet are, of course, available. The loggia has a power outlet. Peace and quiet inside and out!
Nature and surroundings
In southwestern Drenthe, near Dwingeloo, lies a unique nature reserve: Dwingelderveld National Park. This national park is the largest contiguous wet heathland area in Western Europe. There are no fewer than two flocks of sheep with shepherds who keep the heathland in good condition. Together with the nearby Drents-Friese Wold National Park, the total area is approximately 9,000 hectares—and it is one of the largest contiguous nature reserves in the country. You can explore these parks in every possible way: on horseback, on foot, or by bike. But even if you just want to quietly enjoy the overwhelming beauty of nature, you’ll find what you’re looking for here. In these national parks, you can still enjoy an endless, undisturbed horizon… Your apartment, a penthouse, is located 50 meters from the Dwingelerveld National Park. It’s also just a few minutes’ bike ride from the charming village of Brinkdorp, with its cozy outdoor cafes and supermarkets. Your view looks directly out onto the beautiful greenery!
