It’s a small cottage located 600 meters above sea level, about 18 minutes from the Mooskirchen highway exit, and about 34 minutes via Steinbergstraße coming from Graz. It sits in a spacious clearing surrounded by NATURE and PEACE. Where foxes and hares say good night to each other. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (one of the bedrooms also has an extra bed and a crib)—the cottage is therefore designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 adults. 1 small bathroom with a toilet, sink, and a “half” bathtub; one hand towel and one bath towel are provided per guest 1 kitchen with a dining area (table and 4 chairs), equipped with an oven, four stovetop burners, a sink, a kettle, a microwave, coffee maker, egg cooker, and a full set of kitchen utensils (plates, cutlery, pots, glasses...) 1 entryway with a refrigerator and a coat rack Outside, you’ll find a table, chairs, and a fire pit/grill for enjoyable barbecue evenings.
Nature and surroundings
Welcome to one of the many cul-de-sacs in the municipality of Geistthal-Södingberg. We have lovingly renovated this little cottage to give individuals and families the opportunity to spend time in nature. In these fast-paced times, we love being able to offer a little spot where you can retreat and enjoy some peace and quiet. We also run our family-owned agricultural and forestry business, which has been in our family for generations—the Bio Schusterbauerhof (a 10-minute drive from the cottage). During your stay at the cottage, you’re warmly welcome to visit our farm. Get to know our animals (alpacas and donkeys), gain insights into farm life, and get an authentic look behind the scenes. On-site, you’ll also find a small rest area and a farm stand right next to the alpaca pasture. If you’ve had enough of the peace and quiet, there are also several places to visit in the area. (Piber, Therme Nova, Stölze Oberglas Museum, Hundertwasser Church, ...)
