Have you always wanted to spend the night in a VW T3? Now’s your chance! Our cozy Volkswagen T3 van is parked under a charming wooden canopy. This means you can enjoy sitting outside even when the weather isn’t perfect. Inside the van, there’s a comfortable bed both downstairs and upstairs. It also features a kitchenette with a refrigerator and all the basics you need to prepare a simple meal on your own. In front of the van, you’ll find a cozy seating area with a bench and a small table, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. You also have access to a comfortable bathroom with a hot shower. You’re also welcome to use our spacious garden, which spans over 1,000 m². Relax under the weeping willow, read a book in the hammock, or enjoy the nature around you. Depending on the season, you can pick gooseberries, red currants, and strawberries yourself. Want to treat yourself to something extra? Then you can book the pool as an add-on.
Nature and surroundings
Wake up to the sound of birds chirping and other sounds of nature. In the evening, you’re likely to hear owls and maybe even come across hedgehogs. Here, you can enjoy peace, space, and the great outdoors. Megen is a picturesque fortified town on the meandering Meuse River. The surrounding area is perfect for beautiful walks and bike rides. You can also go stand-up paddleboarding or spend a day boating on the Gouden Ham. A guided historical walking tour of the town is also highly recommended. Megen exudes history and feels as if time has stood still there. The town is still home to two active monasteries—one run by the Poor Clares and the other by the Franciscans—which have served as places of contemplation here for over 300 years. After a day spent in nature or exploring the historic center, you can enjoy a delicious meal at one of Megen’s two excellent restaurants. Be sure to make a reservation in advance if you want to be guaranteed a table.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €200.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
