Det Vita Huset is located in Strömsund in Jämtland County. The cottage has just been renovated and features triple-pane windows and a new Mitsubishi heat pump that can both cool and heat. The entire upper floor is available for rent. Spacious staircase; dogs are allowed. The owners have kept the accommodation as authentically Swedish as possible. A stove and refrigerator are provided, along with a coffee maker and electric kettle. The tap water is 100% safe to drink. Simple shower with attached toilet.
Nature and surroundings
The apartment is actually surrounded by nature. It’s wonderful to take a walk in the woods. The lake is about a 10-minute walk away. There’s a sauna 15 minutes away. Spacious garden. If you want to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature and unwind for a while, this is definitely a place I’d recommend!
