Enjoy peace, nature, and open space on a beautiful estate with approximately 7 hectares of forest. The house can accommodate up to 15 people and features a very spacious living room, a large kitchen, and plenty of outdoor space. An ideal location for families, groups of friends, and nature lovers. To set the right expectations: the house has only recently been used as group accommodations. The foundation is solid, but the layout is not yet fully tailored to larger groups. Work will continue on this in the near future. This has been factored into the price. There is one neat bathroom, accessible via the bedroom with the bunk beds. In addition, there is an older but functional bathroom and an extra toilet on the upper floor. The estate also features a private studio (permanently rented to the manager) and a log cabin in the woods that is rented out separately. All accommodations are self-contained.
Nature and surroundings
Surrounding the property, you’ll enjoy plenty of peace, space, and nature. Right next to the house is a spacious garden with a large lawn, ideal for dining outdoors, playing, or simply relaxing in the sun. Adjacent to the garden is approximately 7 hectares of forest, where you can enjoy lovely walks and experience nature up close. The grounds offer a sense of freedom and are a wonderful place to get away from it all. For a cozy evening, there’s a campfire site available. Use of this site is permitted only with the manager’s approval. During dry periods, lighting a fire is unfortunately not permitted for safety reasons. Whether you want to actively explore nature or simply enjoy the silence and the outdoors, this location offers plenty of space for both.
