Our "Sommer" vacation rental offers a view of the forest from the balcony and invites you to enjoy relaxing moments in its bright and spacious living/dining area. It comfortably accommodates 4 people, with space for 2 more on a sofa bed. The apartment has been recently renovated and features modern, cozy furnishings. The bedroom features a large box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) that can easily be separated. We are happy to provide a baby crib. The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower and a large sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as all kinds of kitchen appliances, such as a coffee maker, milk frother, kettle, toaster, etc. A high chair can be provided.
Nature and surroundings
Our Villa Waldrand is located between the Teutoburg Forest and the Sauerland region in the charming village of Bleiwäsche, which is part of the town of Bad Wünnenberg. It borders directly on a beautiful mixed forest with excellent hiking trails through woods and fields. You can relax and unwind in the large, fenced-in south-facing garden. The little ones will find plenty of opportunities to play in the sandbox and on the climbing tower.

For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund

- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
