Skovhus med udsigten is located in the quiet village of Ydby /Tvolm on a hill and has a beautiful, wide view to the West. At the front you look out over farmland, Nissum bredning (part of the Limfjord) and the dunes of Agger Tange behind which the North Sea is hidden. At the back is the Ydby forest where you can walk through the "forest garden". The house is fully equipped, including TV, internet and white goods. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, utility room, a lovely large sunny conservatory and a first floor where you can play, practice yoga or just relax. There are solar panels, indoor ventilation and a carport where you can store your bikes or surf gear. There are several lawns where you can lie in the sun and if it gets too hot you can cool down under the trees in the "forest garden". In the "forest garden" we let nature take its course. The garden is not fenced.
Nature and surroundings
From the house you can take several walks in the Ydby forest. In the forest there is also a fire pit which everyone can use. If you want to experience beach and sea, go to Agger where you can take lovely walks on the beach and enjoy the North Sea. For sports enthusiasts it is fantastic surfing in Krik, Agger, Vorupør, Klitmøller, it is not for nothing called Cold Hawaii here. Bird-watchers can go bird watching in Agger Tange and who knows, you might also see the seals and porpoises! Fishermen can fish in the Limfjord or from the beach at one of the piers in Agger. For an even more panoramic view you can climb Lodbjerg Fyr, and there you can also take lovely walks through forest, heath and beach. Art lovers have also been thought of. The SMK Thy (Statens Museum Kunst) and the Kunsthal are almost around the corner (also fun with children). And in Hurup is the Kunstcafe with changing exhibitions. And don't forget to look up Trol Ask fra Ashøj!
