No coat rack; only one 50x100 cm towel per person for 5 nights; the decorative radiator wasn’t clean between the pipes; way too many rugs—the one in front of the kitchen counter slips away or you trip over the corner of the rug; the living room blinds let in way too much light, so the bedroom on the loft gets way too much light; there’s no air conditioning, which is definitely needed with the current summer temperatures; the IKEA frying pan is of very poor quality for an induction cooktop, everything burns in it; the nearest restaurant was already closed (end of season), but this wasn’t announced in advance; there’s a lot of noise from the wind and rain outside—like the sound of wind whistling past the window frames; the accommodation is not one story but two stories above street level.

A perfect stay!
Wr loved the apartment and the communication with the owner was excellent. Beautiful location with a lovely view of the sea. We travelled without car and found transport links to be excellent. A short run (literally) to get to the beach, the supermarket and nearest bus stops. Lovely places to eat on the beach- less than 10 minutes to walk. Tried the sauna and swimming pool which was included as part of the apartment- we figured out how to get the sauna working with the provided card. Lots to see: walk to bunker museum and the lighthouse- swimming in the sea. Lots of good places to go running. Day out in Harleem was lovely. Perfect place to escape the crowds. Loved the apartment. Difficult to suggest improvements apart from bigger towels! Thank you for making us feel so welcome. All the best. Perfect stay!
